Encyclia (Prosthechea) radiata

Older growers may still know this as Encyclia radiata but it was separated along with a few related species to Prosthechea a while back. And with good cause since there are so many differences. The pseudo-bulbs are oval instead of round and its blooms with very fragrant non-resupinate blooms (upside down). Famous for it fragrance

SEASON: Typically Summer/Fall but can bloom anytime

TEMPS: Warm- Intermediate

WATERING: Well watered with a slight dry between waterings, can dry more thoroughly in the Winter

LIGHT:  Bright- filtered light
