Laelia purpurata ('Roxo-Violeta' x 'Werkhauseri')

A classic species very closely related to many of the unifoliate Cattleyas, L. purpurata has large flowers produced on an upright flower spike. The first of this group to bloom have been incredible striata types!

SEASON: Typically Summer 

TEMPS: Hot- Intermediate

WATERING: Well watered with a slight dry between waterings, can dry more thoroughly in the Winter

LIGHT:  Bright-Very Bright filtered light
