Each year we celebrate one country and it's orchid culture through a limited edition commemorative t-shirt and poster. In 2016 we celebrate Japan where there is a long and historic legacy of growing the native 'Samurai Orchid' known as fūkiran or Neofinetia falcata. Grown since at least the 1600's, legend has it that Samurai cultivated these native orchids for their delicate white flowers and sweet fragrance.
