OUT OF STATE SHIPPING FOR GREENHOUSE/ORCHID HOBBYIST ORDERS
Shipping Days are TUESDAY- All orders placed Monday- Sunday (cutoff 12pm) are collected for the week and shipped on the next Tuesday. This will mean Thursday arrival for 2-Day Shipping and a Friday arrival when 3-Day is selected. This prevents boxes from sitting over the weekend. If you need another shipping date please reach out. Wednesday is only used if 2-Day shipping is chosen and the order is placed on a Tuesday by 12pm. We can usually accommodate any special requests so don't hesitate to reach out!
We ship our beautifully grown plants nationwide using UPS and have had great reliability over the years. We can ship at the speed of your choice at checkout. We pack our plants carefully to arrive in good condition but will watch the weather to avoid weather related problems that may occur. That said, we cannot take responsibility for delays or weather-related issues. We are always here to help but UPS will not accept claims from us or you (the recipient). We have been shipping plants for over 20 years and have had 0 claims reimbursed.
Winter Shipping This includes foam sheet insulation, shredded newspaper and 72 hour Heat Pack at no extra cost to you. Although we go out of our way to make sure you plants are packed carefully, again we accept NO responsibility for weather related issues. We will delay shipping if weather is extreme but will keep you informed
Holiday Related Delays If there are any Holidays which will impact shipping and will cause delays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, 4th of July etc) or Major Floral related Holidays (Mothers Day, Valentines Day tec) we may delay shipping by a week but will keep you informed
Hold for Pickup We highly recommend reaching out to your local UPS store and ask if you can receive packages HOLD FOR PICKUP at their station. This can prevent many weather related issues as it can shorten the length your box is on an un-heated and un-cooled UPS truck. It's always best to ask and most will accommodate. Please leave a message in the order notes. Please use their address as the shipping address following this example:

LOCAL DELIVERY
Yes we do deliver! Our experienced staff would be happy to help you get that perfect gift to that special someone. We offer delivery to the entire Salt Lake Metro area. This includes all of Salt Lake County as well as Park City/Summit County and Bountiful. Sorry, but we do not deliver north of Bountiful or south of Salt Lake County.
Orders being delivered in the Metro area that are placed M-F by 1:00 pm MST, or 11:00 am Saturdays, can usually be delivered the same day and will be bumped to the next day if placed after 1:00/11:00 respectively. But we are here to help and can usually make special requests happen. We do require a one day notice for deliveries to Park City/Summit County. If a specific or special delivery time is required to reach the recipient please let us know, we can usually make arrangements. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
We are closed on Sundays- Orders taken for Sunday delivery will be delivered on Monday. Please call 801.583.4754 to make arrangement if you prefer a Saturday or Monday delivery.
